Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Data Entry Keyers to support an AI evaluation project focused on data entry, validation, and error detection. You will create realistic evaluation tasks and datasets that test AI systems on accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation.
• Build and review datasets across CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents .
• Introduce and identify realistic errors, including missing data, malformed records, and formatting inconsistencies.
• Define correct outputs and reconciliation requirements for each task.
• Develop detailed grading rubrics to evaluate AI accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure tasks reflect real-world data quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, data validation, or related roles .
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data across multiple file formats.
• Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, formatting errors, missing information, and truncations.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments such as healthcare, finance, or legal operations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

• Output-Based: Payment is provided per task that meets project requirements.
• Minimum submission requirements apply.
• Weekly task submission expectations may vary by project.

Start Timeline & Availability

• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours .
• Selected experts should be prepared to begin tasks within 24–48 hours after onboarding .
