Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Openings in Texarkana, TX

Pediatrix Medical Group has a wonderful per diem opportunity available for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a well-established practice providing care to neonates at Christus St. Michael's Hospital in Texarkana, TX. The Level-III NICU has 8 beds and the intermediate unit has 7 with an average daily census of 9 infants. The neonatologists see babies in the newborn nursery with approximately 2,100 deliveries annually. NNPs provide 24-hour, in-house coverage and they also care for preemies and term babies who need mechanical ventilation, nitric oxide, oscillator ventilation and total body cooling.

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
