Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - Kona.

Shift & Scheduling: Facility’s schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.) Will need to arrive at the Facility the Friday prior to start date. Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
