Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered)
  • Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP roles is preferred
  • Passion for working with elementary and/or secondary students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Develop individualized educational programs (IEPs)
  • Drive positive student engagement and progress through creative, evidence-based interventions
