This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Patient Experience & Front Office SupportWelcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.Scheduling & Administrative CoordinationManage provider schedules to maximize efficiency.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.Conduct follow-up calls for new patients, cancellations, and missed appointments.Facilitate daily team meetings and coordinate clinic workflow activities.Document appointment outcomes and update patient informationPatient Records & ComplianceMaintain accurate patient records and documentation.Update demographic, insurance, and medical information as needed.Assist with patient file organization and record maintenance.Insurance, Billing & Financial AdministrationCollect and verify insurance information.Submit insurance-related requests and monitor claim status.Process patient payments.Assist with accounts receivable activities and deposit reconciliation.Marketing & Patient RetentionHelp support patient outreach and retention initiatives.Participate in community events, promotions, and special clinic activities.Assist with patient communication campaigns and recall efforts.General Clinic OperationsMonitor office supply levels and coordinate ordering needs.Support daily operational processes to ensure smooth clinic performance.Assist with additional administrative and clinic duties as assigned.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Hourly CompensationMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Life, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramHearing Aid BenefitsPaid Time OffPaid Sick and Safe TimePaid HolidaysWhy This Opportunity?
