Pay Rate: $16.25–$16.75/hr

Schedule Options

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Sunday – Wednesday
Wednesday – Saturday
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Friday,Saturday,Sunday,Monday
Part-Time: Saturday – Sunday
Thursday – Monday

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable Material Handlers to support warehouse and logistics operations in Bernville, PA 19506 . This is a physically demanding position involving frequent loading and unloading of materials, moving products, and handling shipments throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs , repetitive physical work, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, and incoming/outgoing shipments.
Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Perform frequent loading and unloading throughout the shift.
Move and stage products, cartons, pallets, and materials in designated areas.
Stack, organize, and properly position materials for storage or shipment.
Prepare materials and products for outbound shipments.
Sort, count, inspect, label, and stage materials as needed.
Use pallet jacks and other manual material-handling equipment as required.
Assist with receiving and shipping activities.
Maintain accurate and organized material placement.
Keep loading, unloading, and warehouse areas clean and safe.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating instructions.
Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or loading/unloading experience preferred.
Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable performing frequent loading and unloading activities.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This is a heavy physical labor position . Employees should be prepared to spend most of the shift on their feet and perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, loading, and unloading of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
