Job Description

New Directions Mental Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient care to children, adolescents, and adults within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. You will collaborate closely with an empathetic, team-oriented staff committed to improving client well-being. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, engage in rewarding clinical work, and grow professionally in a supportive, collaborative environment, while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in ongoing training.
