Travel Registered Nurse - Home Health (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Home Health for a 12-week travel assignment in Barre, VT.

Contract Details

• DAYS: Monday-Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)
  
• Start Date: 7/27/2026
  
• Contract: 12 weeks
  
• Location: Barre, VT 05641
  
• Hourly Pay: $ 37.00
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $2356.00
  
• EMR Used: Homecare Homebase HCHB
  

This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit.
  
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
  
• Administer Physician-prescribed medication.
  
• Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
  
• Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
  
• Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.
  
• Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
  
• Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  
• Pay package details provided upon offer
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of RN experience in Home Health,
  
• Must have BLS/BCLS Certification
  
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
