Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Shifts: 6am-2:30pm, 6am-4:30pm, or 6am-6:30pm
• Flexible block schedules: Five 8-hour, four 10-hour, or three 12-hour shifts, all starting at 6am
• 48 hours of on-call per 6-week period; one weekend per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, high-quality cardiac perioperative nursing care
• Apply the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—with expertise
• Deliver and supervise care for patients and their families, ensuring thorough documentation and patient education
• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team about patient needs and treatment
• Identify, address, and resolve variances in achieving patient goals
• Participate in solutions implementation for improved care plans

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Michigan
• Current BLS certification
• Cardiac operating room (CVOR) and scrub experience required
• Strong background in OR nursing essential

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
