Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) Circulating Nursing for a position in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The role involves providing perioperative patient care in a general and neuro surgery setting, supporting a variety of surgical procedures on the DaVinci Xi robotic system and other advanced surgical equipment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

• Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts per week, with a limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule
• Required Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of neuro-specific operating room experience is required. Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). Candidates must possess an active nursing license and meet the minimum of 1 year of neuro experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DaVinci Xi robotic system, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning.
• Additional Information:
  • Vaccination requirement: Flu vaccination from November 1 to April 1; exemptions require client approval.
  • The position involves working with advanced surgical equipment such as DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning.
  • Candidates should be flexible with case types, demonstrate a strong team spirit, and be willing to work late shifts if needed.
