Job TitleTroubleshoot and maintain all machines in FMT Unit 2 of company Tire PlantPerform planned maintenance and calibrations on machines monthlyTroubleshoot PLC systems and drives on all machines plantwideTroubleshoot Hydraulic HPU's and proportional valve packs in the curing departmentTroubleshoot Steam valves and plumbing on all machines in the curing departmentPM and troubleshoot all Pneumatic systems and valve packs on all machinesPerform maintenance and troubleshoot all conveyor systems plantwideTroubleshoot all electrical systems on every machine plantwide up to 600VUse and troubleshoot Ladder Logic on a daily basisPM and troubleshoot all KUKA and Fanuc Robots plantwidePerform Fabrication projects and TIG or Stick weld all different types of metalsConduct daily safety meeting with all employees in FMTKeep a clean and organized safe working area for quick response to callsDocument and create work orders on our EZ-HEIMS work order systemBuild and upgrade electrical cabinets on new machines and production machinesAlways use and practice proper PPE usage while in the plantPerform LOTO on all machines depending on the situationPerform planned maintenance on Dry Ice cleaner systemsTroubleshoot and maintain overhead crane systems plantwideMachine and Fabricate parts for machines in the plant using a Lathe, Bandsaw, Drill Press, Welders, Belt sanders, and handheld power tools
