What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials to help control entry to restricted areas within the location. Document and report any security‑related incidents, unusual observations, or activities as required by site protocols. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local law enforcement as needed for incident response and investigations. Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or security‑related threats specific to an aerospace and defense environment. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, or military experience is required. An armed guard card or license is required. A valid driver’s license is required. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
