Maintenance Supervisor

A leading Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its high-volume manufacturing operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys developing people while driving equipment reliability and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead a team of maintenance mechanics, MRO personnel, and facility staff to support daily manufacturing operations. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime. Prioritize maintenance work orders and coordinate repairs to keep production running efficiently. Supervise electrical and mechanical repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely and effectively. Oversee contractor activities, fleet vehicles, and facility support functions. Promote a strong safety culture, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to identify root causes, solve problems, and implement continuous improvements. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (Tier 1 automotive preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop skilled trades teams. Experience with preventive maintenance, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and manufacturing equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
