You will serve as a liaison between the G-4 and G-1 Manpower Section, and the Civilian Human Resources Office (CHRO) - Camp Lejeune, NC.

You will be responsible for initiating and submitting Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA's) in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).

You will submit RPAs to senior Management or Manpower Analysts for approval.

You will maintain documentation for civilian personnel actions submitted by the Department and its Divisions.

You will submit and monitor personnel actions such as but not limited to: Recruit/Fills, Promotions, Details, Removals, Reassignments, and classification changes.

You will provide advice on selection procedures to G-4 Division Directors.

You will obtain Certificate of Eligibles from USA Staffing and provide to appropriate Division Director for action.

You will analyze selection rationale to ensure compliance and submit selection documents to AC/S or Deputy AC/S G-4 for final approval.

You will work with Human Resources Specialists in order to resolve a variety of complex personnel issues.

You will liaise with CHRO - Camp Lejeune and OCHR - San Diego to coordinate employee effective dates, release dates, and a variety of complex recruitment questions.
