They are seeking a People & Culture Generalist who enjoys balancing HR responsibilities with office operations while helping foster a positive company culture. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the full recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation activities, and conducting follow-up check-ins. Serve as a resource for employee questions, HR requests, employment verification, and other day-to-day People Operations needs. Manage employee separation processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and administrative processing. Oversee daily office operations, including vendor relationships, office supplies, mail services, catering, and workplace expenses. Develop and distribute internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and employee updates. Organize employee appreciation events, team-building activities, and workplace engagement initiatives. Coordinate employee recognition programs and celebrate milestones such as birthdays and work anniversaries. Assist with benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, and other HR administrative functions. Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data to help support People Operations initiatives.
