Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical unit. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across all ages in a dynamic hospital environment. The position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Document patient information and care provided within electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
• Experience with IV insertion is necessary.
