Abacus, a leader in light industrial staffing, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves the challenge of filling urgent orders with accuracy and speed.

What You'll Do

• Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines: Recruit and sustain a strong pool of skilled candidates for multiple client sites.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure a ready-to-deploy roster.
• Placement & Onboarding: Match candidates to the right assignments, conduct orientations, and prepare them for successful start dates.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Administer background checks, drug tests, and skills assessments in compliance with client and legal standards.
• Communication & Coordination: Answer phones and emails, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely responses to support client satisfaction.
• On-Site Support: Assist with associate check-ins at client locations when needed.

What You Bring

• Prior recruiting experience within a staffing agency
• Bilingual: Spanish/English or English/Creole is beneficial but not required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and business needs
• High energy, a positive team-focused mindset, and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to stay organized, efficient, and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with a diverse workforce
