Responsibilities Comprehensive oversight of the stewarding team Set new standards for operational excellence Recruit and mentor new talent Manage team workflows Address guest requests Ensure the restaurant reflects the brand vision and mission at every touchpoint, including maintenance of all kitchen and dining equipment and interiors Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in stewarding Passionate about culinary arts, cleanliness, and organization Physical stamina for a 24‑hour operation Post‑secondary diploma or degree a plus Advanced knowledge of stewarding operations Strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation Benefits $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually + incentive bonus Equal Opportunity Employer Starwood Hotels is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
