About this position We are a trial‑focused family law firm seeking an A‑player attorney with strong litigation skills and a dedication to high‑stakes family cases. Responsibilities Represent clients in dissolution, custody, and third‑party rights cases. Draft, file, and argue motions and pleadings in all family law matters. Manage a caseload of 20–25 active cases, ensuring timely client communication and case progression. Collaborate daily with paralegals, support staff, and senior attorneys to achieve the best outcomes. Participate in monthly strategy meetings and contribute to litigation strategy and case planning. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Arizona family law experience. Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills. Ability to manage 20–25 active cases, including dissolution, custody, and third‑party rights. Experience with high‑net‑worth clients and business valuations is a plus. Passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters. Driven, detail‑oriented, with a settlement‑focused, but trial‑ready mindset. Benefits Minimum base salary of $200,000 per year, with objective quarterly and annual billable hour bonuses totaling $40,000 to $90,000 or more annually. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with DM Cantor covering 50% of individual insurance in the first year and 100% after the first year; 100% of family insurance at year 5. 401(k) plan with a match up to 3.5% of compensation. Paid time off: 30 paid days off annually, 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and 5 personal/sick days. Hybrid remote option: one day remote per week; full‑time in‑office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mentorship and CLE reimbursement program.
