Maintenance Technician Assistant
Monday-Friday | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $19.00/hr
Maintenance Technician Assistant Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience
Basic knowledge of machinery, mechanical systems, and electrical systems
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and attention to detail

About the Maintenance Technician Assistant Role
As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Provide hands-on support to maintenance technicians during equipment repairs and installations
Assist with machine setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance procedures
Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues and report findings to technicians
Assist with corrective and predictive maintenance tasks to support production goals
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Maintain accurate repair logs, service documentation, and maintenance records
Assist with inventory management, work orders, and parts organization
