Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations. \n
- Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups. \n
- Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of the client’s well-being. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques to stabilize emotional states. \n
- Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, thereby reducing stigma and promoting the importance of mental wellness. \n
Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and stress. Understanding and being sensitive to the cultural backgrounds and unique challenges faced by clients will be crucial in providing effective support and fostering resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients. \n
- Demonstrated cultural competence and capability to work effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. \n
- Good organizational and time-management skills for maintaining accurate records and timely documentation. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly within a community mental health context. \n
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices. \n
- Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health services. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and interventions. \n
