Responsibilities As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of creating an exceptional patient experience. Your duties will include: Greeting guests with a warm smile Preparing and educating patients before the dentist’s exam Assisting dentists with various procedures Sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms Recording patient medical histories and performing X-rays Charting existing and recommended treatments Supporting the team with various office duties to ensure smooth operations Collaborating with your teammates to deliver top-tier care Qualifications We are looking for a hardworking, patient‑focused team player who aligns with our core values of kindness, patience, and respect. Active Dental Assistant license (LDA) Current CPR certification Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LDA preferred but new grads welcome A commitment to punctuality, teamwork, and cross‑functional duties Why Join Waterford Dental?
