Job Responsibilities:

• Display a complete working knowledge of 12 and 24 Volt Electrical Systems, Air Systems, Hydraulic Systems and Power Transmission Systems, employing to diagnose and correct equipment deficiencies.
• Ability to change hydraulic cylinders on equipment.
• Ability to safely disassemble major components from equipment.
• Ability to discern when a piece of equipment is operating properly following corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read parts and service manuals and identify needed parts for ordering.
• Ability to fabricate and install hydraulic hoses.
• Ability to recognize when problems require additional diagnosis and seek assistance when problems are outside of the expectations of a "B" level mechanic to correct.
• Ability to diagnose and correct common failures with mobile equipment.
• Ability to repair or rebuild minor components such as brake systems on equipment, etc.

Job Qualifications:

• 2-4 Years Prior mechanical experience required
• Physical ability to perform heavy labor
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Strong Safety Values
