Baptist Primary Care Roosevelt is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Jacksonville, Florida.

This position offers the opportunity to practice alongside experienced providers in a collaborative environment supported by Northeast Florida's largest health system.

• Compensation starting at $119,000
• Established patient panel
• Average patient volume of 16-20 patients per day
• No call schedule
• 40 patient-facing hours per week
• Epic EHR system

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services
• Treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide preventative and wellness care
• Perform hospital and physician follow-up visits
• Care for pediatric and adult patients
• Provide women's and men's health services
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA Certification
• Current or eligible Florida PA licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice experience
• EMR proficiency required
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
