We are currently seeking a HR Senior Manager to join our team in Remote, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, sensitive, senior-level, and cross-country investigations involving complaints, ethics issues, conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other serious workplace concerns.
• Establish investigation scope and approach, review evidence, conduct interviews, prepare findings, and draft clear and defensible investigation reports.
• Provide oversight, coaching, and hands-on support to junior investigators and ER team members, including reviewing investigation plans, interviews, findings, and reports.
• Engage with and guide P&C Consultants in selected APAC countries where investigations or complex ER matters may be managed locally.
• Ensure investigations are conducted consistently, impartially, confidentially, and in line with ER standards, internal policies, and applicable local requirements.
• Advise senior P&C and business stakeholders on investigation findings, employment risk, and appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Support harassment and discrimination matters, hostile work environment concerns, Speak Up cases, and other legally sensitive or high-impact issues.
• Review complex performance and conduct documentation to ensure neutrality, consistency, and defensibility.
• Track investigation cases, maintain accurate documentation, manage appropriate escalations, and support timely closure in the case management system.
• Partner with global and regional ER, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, P&C Delivery teams on ethics and Code matters and cross-country cases.
• Identify investigation trends, contribute to root cause analysis, and recommend systemic improvements to policies, processes, controls, and manager capability.
• Develop consistent investigation practices and provide capability building and training for P&C, managers, and junior investigators across APAC.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience leading complex workplace investigations and managing sensitive ER matters.
• Working knowledge of employment law and ER practices across one or more APAC countries.
• Excellent investigation planning, interviewing, evidence assessment, and report-writing skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with the ability to handhold and develop junior team members.
• Ability to guide P&C Consultants and influence senior stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, impartiality, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex matters and risks clearly.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience working with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams.
• English and relevant local language capability, based on location. Additional APAC language capability is an advantage.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to manage difficult interpersonal dynamics with sensitivity and professionalism.
