Associate Territory Manager - Los Angeles, CA

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support the Interventional Surgery division in Los Angeles, providing clinical training and field sales support to physicians and hospital staff. The role involves 80% travel, case support execution, and customer relationship building, with potential advancement to formal territory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field-level training and technical support for clinical cases with sales and logistics teams
• Conduct in-service training for hospital surgery staff on Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products
• Develop regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
• Execute 3+ operating room visits and 4+ surgeon contacts daily within assigned territory
• Maintain product knowledge, promotional materials, expense budgets, and account records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• 0–2 years general sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in operating room environments
• Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
• Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology
• Willingness to relocate for future Territory Manager positions
