About the Position

Job Title: Intensive Care Unit Nurse Director Profession: Adult Services Specialty: ICU - Critical Need Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year recent full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, CCRN preferred, dialysis or equivalent preferred Description: Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Two years of recent ICU nursing experience is preferred. Skills-based hiring is enabled. Candidates should possess highly developed critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with the healthcare team and family members. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care. This position involves working night shifts extensively in a fast-paced environment.
