Somos un grupo mexicano líderes en el sector de restaurantes especializados en carnes de alta gama con más de 20 años de experiencia en el mercado. Nos encontramos en plena expansión en Estados Unidos y buscamos un Director que maneje multiples unidades de negocio en el ámbito restaurantero para unirse a nuestro equipo y liderar nuestro crecimiento.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia demostrable en gestión multinivel en la industria de restaurantes.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y dirigir equipos.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de carnes de alta gama.
- Orientación a resultados y habilidades estratégicas.
- Idiomas requeridos, Ingles 100% y Español al 100%
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de los restaurantes.
- Implementar estrategias de crecimiento y expansión.
- Asegurar la calidad y consistencia en el servicio y productos ofrecidos.
- Gestionar presupuestos y recursos de manera eficiente.
