Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Training Analytics & Optimization: Measure training impact and enhance workforce development programs using data analytics. Learning Data Analyst Candidates work to facilitate Training Analytics & Optimization delivering Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - Training Analytics & Optimization through Process data | build reports | support learning insights. Further, they Analyze learning data, develop reports, and support training analytics initiatives.

Learning Data Analyst Professionals typically cover Training Analytics & Optimization Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Journeyman analyst support scope requiring solid technical/functional proficiency, structured execution, and reporting/documentation responsibility..
