Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities Provide primary care services in a 100% outpatient clinic setting alongside one other provider and support staff. Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with no late nights or weekends. Focus solely on primary care for the adult population (no pediatrics or women's health). Manage call responsibilities via phone only, with a rotated schedule. Aim to treat 22-25 patients per day, with adjustments for no-show rates, resulting in 15-20 patients. Operate independently in a lean site environment. Be part of a full-scope FQHC offering primary care, dental, behavioral health, and social work services. Requirements Active or applied NY State license, DEA, CSR. Training as a Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult). Ideally, 5 years of experience as an NP. Why Join Us?
