What you will do Take statutory case responsibility for children on Placement Orders with a care plan of adoption, ensuring their needs are met every step of the way. Collaborate with RAA Adoption Lancashire Blackpool to manage and track cases for children in the court arena, attending care planning meetings and progressing adoption matches. Maintain the child’s voice as central to all processes, including the creation of documents such as the Child Permanence Report and life story work. Prepare each child for their adoption journey, supporting their understanding of changes in their lives and helping them understand their identity and history. Support both the child and adoptive family until the adoption order is complete, providing robust evidence to court when required.
