Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Work Rehabilitation
Location: Kent, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 DOE
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Flexible scheduling options available (including 4x10s)
- No routine weekend requirements
- Manageable caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day
- One-hour evaluations and treatment sessions
- Mentorship and growth opportunities in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), ergonomics, and occupational rehabilitation
- Leadership and career advancement opportunities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Assist patients in achieving functional and return-to-work goals
- Collaborate with case managers, vocational counselors, and healthcare professionals
- Supervise PTAs and support staff in accordance with Washington State regulations
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending Washington Physical Therapist license
- Interest in orthopedics, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
