An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Emergency Department Physician (ED MD). In this role, the ED MD will deliver top-quality, cost-effective care to patients in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, with 2-3 years of experience in emergency medicine.

Physician Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Wisconsin
• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice/Internal Medicine with 2-3 years of Emergency Department experience, or board eligible with the requirement to become board-certified within one year of employment.
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS (current).

Physician Responsibilities

• Deliver Comprehensive Emergency Care: Assess, treat, admit, transfer, or discharge all Emergency Department patients, conducting thorough history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic testing to determine the cause of patient complaints.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with clinical departments and urgent care providers, following referral patterns and consulting with specialists as needed to ensure seamless patient care management.
• Maintain High Standards and Compliance: Adhere to current medical practices, ethics, and hospital policies while meeting Joint Commission and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and procedural competency.
