(Remote) Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Opportunity!! Our client is the premier Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Firm serving the equipment rental, facility services, industrial and infrastructure services, and waste and environmental services sectors who are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives. Location 100% REMOTE with a HYBRID Option for individuals who want to come into the office as much or as little as they would like. The firm is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO with a second office currently forming in Denver, CO. Base Salary: Up to $145,000 Bonus: 30% - 70% of Base Salary (Individual/Firm Performance) Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision 401k: Matching up to 3.5% as long as employee is putting in 3.5% PTO: 24 Days Qualifications CPA and MBA preferred, practical experience highly valued. 3+ years of M&A experience strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities This role requires strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and the ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions. Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis. Process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis. Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers. Develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations.
