Our teams partner closely with clients to navigate complex regulatory requirements, evaluate and design water and wastewater systems, implement effective compliance programs, and support infrastructure projects through design and construction. This role directly supports those efforts by ensuring coordinated, high-quality project delivery across the full lifecycle of environmental and engineering services.Location: Nj, PA, DE, MD, VA, NCExpected Outcomes:Successfully manage environmental and infrastructure projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectivesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, permitting, engineering design, compliance, and construction supportSupport delivery of permitting (air, stormwater, wastewater), feasibility studies, water/wastewater evaluation and design, and compliance programsEnsure accurate and timely monitoring, reporting, and regulatory complianceEffectively support infrastructure and construction-phase project activitiesMaintain strong, professional client relationships through responsive communication and reliable project executionContribute to repeat business by delivering consistent, high-quality workKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical engineering, or related field6–8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or infrastructure-related servicesExperience supporting or managing environmental permitting (air, stormwater, wastewater)Experience with feasibility studies and infrastructure evaluationsExperience in water/wastewater system evaluation and designExperience with multimedia environmental compliance, monitoring, and reportingExperience supporting infrastructure engineering or construction activitiesWorking knowledge of federal and Mid-Atlantic regulatory frameworksAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage multiple concurrent projectsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred:Professional Engineer (PE) or progress toward licensureExperience supporting commercial, industrial, or institutional clientsFamiliarity with Mid-Atlantic regulatory agencies and requirementsWe fully invest in our people: Weston provides a generous, comprehensive benefits package program that offers employees high value options with solid financial protection, meeting the personal needs of its people and their families.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with base and matching employer stock contributions.Paid time off includes personal, holiday and parental.Life and disability plans.Critical illness and accident plans.Work/Life flexibility.Professional development opportunities.Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Salary Range: $87,612 - $115,841 - $143,965
