Apartment Community Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager to become a part of our team! We are encouraging highly skilled apartment assistant community managers to apply. We are a small company that does not have ribbons of corporate red tape.

Responsibilities:

Day to day operation of 241 apartment homes
Manager marketing
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Work with the operations manager to create a great team of 6
Ensure property rules and regulations are being followed
Prepare legal documents and appear in court when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management
Ability to read a resident
Familiarity with leases
Ability to build rapport with residents
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Yardi, Outlook and google is helpful
