Primary Care Physician Opportunity

HealthPlus Staffing is assisting one of the largest and most established multi-specialty groups in IL with their search for a Primary Care Physician in the city of Mattoon. Locations: Mattoon, IL, Urbana IL, Champaign IL

Position: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity

Type: 100% Outpatient

Call: 1:5 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line

Model: Patient Center Medical Home Model

Start date: 60-90 Days

Schedule: Mon - Fri with flexible scheduling

Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services

Patient Population: All Ages or Adult Medicine

Patient Load: 18-22 PPD

EMR: Epic

Support: 2 experienced APPs | Full admin staff

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary: 327k-365
Excellent Benefits
Qualifies for RIMSAP/IDPH loan obligation
