STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst on behalf of our client in Austin, TX to support and administer Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI services within a large-scale environment. This role requires a strong technical professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot platform administration, AI governance, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, identity, integrations, and Level 3 technical support .

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise Microsoft cloud services and the ability to troubleshoot complex AI, identity, permissions, integration, and service-management issues.

Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Copilot Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI services .

• Manage licensing, configuration, service health, feature enablement, and usage/credit monitoring.

• Evaluate and implement new Copilot capabilities and releases.

• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Level 3 Technical Support

• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex Copilot and AI service issues.

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Graph grounding, SharePoint, Teams, permissions, data access, Copilot agents, connectors, and integrations .

• Perform root cause analysis and manage Microsoft support escalations.

• Provide advanced technical support for Copilot agent and AI use-case enablement.

AI Governance & Service Management

• Support AI governance, capability reviews, and release readiness assessments .

• Support capability intake, pilot programs, production releases, and lifecycle management.

• Identify operational risks, dependencies, and support requirements.

• Apply ITIL-based service management practices.

Identity & Enterprise Integration

• Partner with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams on identity, access controls, and AI integrations.

• Support connectivity across Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio .

• Validate connector configurations and enterprise integrations.

• Troubleshoot identity, permissions, and cloud service integration issues.

Service Analytics & Adoption

• Monitor service performance, adoption, utilization, and health metrics.

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and service health reporting.

• Support executive reporting and AI value realization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment, including advanced administration, engineering, or Level 3 support.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud automation, Copilot/AI services, Power Platform, or enterprise integrations.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

  • SharePoint Online

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Microsoft Graph

  • Microsoft Entra ID

  • Power Platform

  • Copilot Studio

  • Copilot Chat

  • Copilot Cowork

• Experience with Copilot platform administration and AI governance .

• Strong experience troubleshooting identity, permissions, data access, and cloud integrations .

• Experience with enterprise service management and ITIL practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration experience.

• Copilot Studio / AI Agent experience.

• Microsoft Graph integration experience.

• Power Platform administration experience.

• ITIL certification .

• Microsoft Copilot or AI-related certifications.

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry .

• Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption, governance, and service management.

Work Environment

• Onsite in Austin, TX 5 days per week.

• Candidates should be currently local to the Austin area and available to work onsite from the beginning of the engagement.
