Senior Manager Engagement Program (Honolulu)

As a People Manager, this role leads the strategy, design, and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that move customers through the full lifecycle journey. It ensures alignment across channels, stakeholders, and business units while leveraging data, technology, and insights to optimize engagement, pipeline creation, and overall marketing performance.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held. Minimum 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, and/or customer lifecycle strategy. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Proven expertise working with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Dynamics 365, along with digital marketing and personalization tools.Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in brand & marketing understanding, business acumen, critical thinking, customer experience, experience design, marketing investment optimization, meeting facilitation & presentation, and product management.Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in decision making & judgement, people management, and program management.Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable marketing strategies. Strong project and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively.
