Assistant Store Manager

Frankenmuth Gift Shops Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all functions store operation as delegated by the Store Manager or General Manager. The Assistant Store Manager handles guest complaints and responds to guests appropriately in a timely manner, keeps abreast of new trends through study, industry and community meetings, is responsible for scheduling of department employees, utilization of Time and Attendance,sales, expenses, and profits of the shop in the absence of the store manager, store appearance and displays in the absence of store manager. Assists with monthly and year end inventories, inventory keeping, monthly meetings, assigned projects, reports, and other leadership duties. *store assigned upon hire. Hours: 8:00am to 10:00pm, 37-40 Hours per Week, must be available for a combination of shifts between these hours. Must be available weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
