Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, with clearly defined goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services, offering safety planning as necessary to handle urgent situations.

• Document clinical services accurately and timely, aligned with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community healing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
