Industrial Electrician Foreman

Position SummaryRenfrow Industrial is hiring a Industrial Electrician Foreman to lead and support electrical crews on industrial construction, maintenance, outage, shutdown, start-up, and plant modification work. This is a working Lead role. Candidates must be willing to use tools, assist crews, troubleshoot in the field, and provide hands-on support when needed.Pay and Benefits$33 - $38 per hour, based on experience, license status, leadership capability, and project assignment.Health Insurance.401(k) Retirement Plan.Paid Time Off (PTO).$1,000 Sign-On Bonus, where applicable by company policy.Overtime opportunities based on project schedules, outages, shutdowns, and client needs.Normal Working HoursMonday through Thursday schedule under normal project conditions.Typical 4x10 work schedule.Overtime, Fridays, weekends, nights, outages, shutdowns, and travel may be required based on client and project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Journeyman Electricians, Top Helpers, Helpers, and assigned support personnel.Work hands-on with tools when needed to support production, safety, quality, troubleshooting, and schedule.Install and support conduit systems, cable tray, grounding and bonding, wire pulls, terminations, MCCs, motor controls, VFDs, panels, transformers, switchgear, lighting, receptacles, control wiring, instrumentation wiring, and related industrial electrical systems.Read electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, control drawings, panel schedules, equipment manuals, and specifications.Support shutdowns, outages, tie-ins, LOTO coordination, maintenance work, start-up, commissioning, emergency service, facility expansions, new construction, and capital projects.Coordinate electrical work with mechanical, piping, welding, rigging, millwright, fabrication, civil, structural, control panel, and maintenance teams.Track manpower, materials, productivity, constraints, quality issues, safety concerns, and schedule risks.Preferred Qualifications7+ years industrial electrical experience.Journeyman Electrician license required where required by jurisdiction, customer, or project.Prior experience leading electrical crews and coordinating daily field work.Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, energized work controls, industrial power distribution, motor controls, MCCs, VFDs, 480V systems, conduit, cable tray, terminations, and troubleshooting.Instrumentation, controls, PLC/HMI interface, UL508A panel support, commissioning, and start-up experience preferred.Strong safety leadership, communication, planning, customer service, and crew coordination skills.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentRegular work in active industrial facilities, fabrication shops, construction sites, shutdowns, outages, and outdoor environments.Ability to wear required PPE; stand and walk for extended periods; climb stairs, ladders, lifts, scaffolds, and platforms; bend, stoop, kneel, and access field work areas.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on electrical work when required.Work around energized-equipment hazards only when properly authorized, trained, protected, and controlled under applicable procedures.Work hours may vary based on project schedules, shutdowns, tests, commissioning activities, incidents, and customer #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
