Schedule Requirements
This position requires a 3:00 AM start time.
Applicants must:
- Be able to consistently arrive by 3:00 AM
- Have reliable transportation
- Be available on weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Be dependable and punctualour morning team depends on you
What You'll Do
As a Production Baker, you'll be responsible for preparing all bakery products according to Dunkin' operational and brand standards before the restaurant opens.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare donuts, bagels, muffins, croissants, and other bakery products
- Follow all Dunkin' baking procedures and production schedules
- Ensure products meet appearance, freshness, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production levels to minimize waste
- Properly rotate and store inventory using FIFO procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with deliveries, stocking, and inventory as needed
- Support restaurant operations when production is complete

Qualifications
- Bakery or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a warm kitchen environment
- Reliable transportation is required due to the 3:00 AM start time
