Office Administrator – Full Time
Job Description:
Join our dynamic CPA firm in Media, PA as an experienced Office Administrator. We are looking for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with our team of accountants. The successful candidate will support management, handle time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to ask questions to ensure the end product is as expected, especially during tax deadlines. Strong multitasking skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the task completed are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with minimal guidance
- Follow up with colleagues to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with QuickBooks
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and “logic” your way through tasks by putting the puzzle pieces together with minimal supervision
- Must provide excellent current references
- Accounting experience is advantageous
