Reports To: Administrative Vice President of Business Services and IT

Classification: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)

ServiceMaster by Ayotte is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead our cleaning crews at commercial buildings around the Mankato area. You'll train and support a small team, check that buildings are cleaned right, and keep things running smoothly day to day.

What you'll do:

• Visit your buildings, check the work, and fix small problems before they become big ones
• Train new team members and help them get comfortable on the job
• Build the weekly schedule and cover shifts when someone calls out
• Keep supplies and equipment stocked and working
• Jump in and clean alongside your team when needed

What you need:

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and reporting
• Someone who's calm under pressure and good with people
• Availability for occasional early mornings or evenings
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

No cleaning industry experience required, just leadership experience and a willingness to learn our system. We'll train you.

Pay: $21 - $26/hour, based on experience
