Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician

Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: Monday to Thursday (6am - 6:30pm)

Pay rate: $24/hr on W2

Job Summary:

Seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device environment.
The role involves machine setup, preventive maintenance, quality inspections, material handling, and supporting production while following GMP and safety standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred
Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Basic computer skills
Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
Medical device or cleanroom experience is a plus
