Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital inpatient case management experience License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: 13 weeks of 5x8 hour days. Every fourth weekend and every other holiday required. Must have acute care hospital inpatient case management experience. Must have Epic experience. Travelers can submit with a pending license, but must have license in hand prior to start. Pre-approved time off guaranteed up to 40 hours. All requests for time off must be accurate at time of submission; no additional requests will be accepted after acceptance. First-time travelers must have acute care and Epic experience. Candidates will be asked to float within their scope of practice within the facility. References are required for submission. Valid state license will be accepted if pending, but must be in hand by the Wednesday before the start date. Experience should be noted as required in the job description. Background checks will be conducted, and candidates must inform if aware of any issues. Must provide proof of required certifications.
