Server Sedalia Huddle House

The Food Server will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers. They will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and take their orders Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns or issues Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements: Proven work experience as a Server or similar role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic math and computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Earn a performance review in a little as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter. Health Insurance is available within 90 days of your starting date. Vacation Pay, Over-time pay over 40 hours, Annual Bonus based upon store profits, Over-time pay for those that work the Holidays. Physical Demands: The Waitress will be required to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
