Benefits Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k matching Roth Post‑Tax Retirement Plan Life Insurance Employer‑Paid Disability Flexible spending accounts Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Parental Leave Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto‑liability insurance in accordance with state laws Preferred Qualifications Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as required Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments Your Responsibilities Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory Ensure all company products are properly displayed Complete stock rotations, shelf resets and backroom duties as needed Install point‑of‑sale materials as directed Expedite delivery of product Perform other job‑related duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8‑10‑12 hours) On‑Site Presence This role requires regular, ongoing in‑office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non‑company locations where business is conducted, for the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
