As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.01 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior workspaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and assist with directing visitors and vendors to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel when needed. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
